In the summer of 2019, I took the time to spend a day sketching in the heart of the medieval town of Josselin. I was able to admire the fortifications of the castle of Rohans on the banks of the Oust, stroll through the center to discover the Notre-Dame du Roncier basilica and its medieval houses preserved from the ages and I even had time to go and discover the Sainte-Croix chapel in the old quarters of Josselin. I present to you a little selection of drawings produced that day in the gallery below. Sketches made in ink pen on an A4 sketchbook.
